1. The streamlined design is beautiful and in line with modern industrial design concepts; the interior is modular in design, which is easy to maintain and upgrade. It is also suitable for lead-free soldering of SMT and plug-in components and can meet a variety of soldering needs.

2.  Conveying system: roller-type double-hook chain fingers, with roller sleeves added to the stress points to effectively reduce friction and wear. Add guide brackets and guide wheels to prevent chain knotting and jamming, and ensure conveying stability. Heavy-duty double-hook titanium alloy chain fingers, no tinning and no deformation. The transport track is made of alloy material, with a full load of >100 kg. The equipment width adjustment standard is electric width adjustment, making width adjustment more convenient.

3. Spray system: The structure is made of 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. The sealed structure design prevents flux contamination. Tool-free plug-in filter with built-in exhaust system. Manually open the upper cover for easy maintenance. Optional selective spray. Japanese high-precision nozzle, uniform spray volume. 4. Soldering system: Stable solder flow channel design, wave peak stability less than 0.5mm, easy-to-maintain design structure. Optional nitrogen device to reduce oxidized tin slag. Wave peak inverter control, more stable wave peak, more reliable welding. The tin furnace is made of cast iron material, with Japanese anti-oxidation film on the surface, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant for more than 10 years. The tin furnace is equipped with electric lifting and entry and exit as standard, making the maintenance of the tin furnace more convenient. Automatic tin feeding device and central support are optional.
